It’s cute but it doesn’t do the job, I have tried other pimple patches that work better, these don’t remove or improve the pimples. Quite disappointed.

I'm thoroughly impressed by these patches, they really do work! They're great at reducing inflammation and shrinking the overall size of a spot, even from the first use they were really effective, especially on those nasty, cystic ones that you get under the skin. Will definitely buy again, can't fault them!

The best pimple patches I’ve ever used!
Super cute and do the job 1st under surface red swollen pimple (face coverings here we go again) I put this pimple patch on overnight and by morning the swelling was almost gone 2nd pimple next to my ear Put this pimple patch on overnight In the morning came to white head so was able to extract it (with cotton buds) 3rd and 4th face coverings again (had to go to LND) put these patches on overnight Swelling gone and extraction was painless They work! I tried different more popular brands in the past and none of them worked as well as these patches Magic in a patch! I purchased 2nd lot

I'm an older woman.. but I do get break outs from time to time due to hormones etc. I saw these and the other more well known brand and bought both.These work just as well but obviously have the gimmick of the pink hearts, I think they look really cute on and gives my hubby a giggle when I wear them. I usually use these for nighttime so the spot has a chance to heal overnight.They are great if you feel that painful zit coming up, just wash dry and cleanse, but I don't moisturise the affected area. Then wack these on...you look like a cute Instagram valentine's filter for giggles then moisturise as normal...the next morning I found the redness had gone along with the pain of the spot. Really happy with them!
I love them
Used so many brands of these, without a doubt they are my absolute favourite, they are a lifesaver! Wider than other brands so great for even the worst break outs and so so cute!!
Does the job but not for everyone
It’s a bit odd having hearts stuck on your face but they do the job of healing those pesky spots. Difficulty is because they aren’t transparent, you can’t tell when you need to replace them
Not as effective as others
I understand the cute gimmick but it’s not as effective as others I’ve tried! Other pimple patches reduce my pimple the next day and are usually thicker (this one is much thinner and don’t stick well). This one does does nothing for me!If you are looking for something effective I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
Reduces the size overnight
Easy to use and they stayed stuck on all night. Reduced the angry red under the skin spots slightly but worked better on white heads.
Helped with painful acne spots
I have used these acne spots twice now- I don’t get lots of acne but when I do get a spot its usually a hard oily lump that is so painful so this sounded good. The first time I used it the lump definitely got smaller and less painful but I found I was left with a small lump that actually then persisted longer than my spots might otherwise. The second time the lump went away completely overnight, and the feeling of pressure and pain went, but it did remain tender to touch and was still very red to look at- but it’s the pain that bothers me most so I was still happy. These aren’t that cheap per spot so someone who struggles with bad acne might be better with other topical creams or talking to their GP but for me who gets painful but infrequent spots if this continues like these first two tries I am happy with the cost for the decrease in pain.

These are really good pimple patches that draw out and dry out the spot that’s come to a head. They do nothing for under the skin spots. They stick really will even over moisturiser. Would recommend.
