Step 1: Cleanse
Start with a clean face. Gently remove makeup and impurities with your preferred cleanser.
Step 2: Prep
Apply your favorite moisturiser, serum, or facial oil. This provides a smooth surface for the Rose Quartz tools and maximizes product absorption.
Step 3: Rose Quartz Face Roller
Hold the Face Roller by the handle and begin at the center of your face. Using upward and outward strokes, gently roll over your cheeks, jawline, and forehead. Be sure to apply gentle pressure, and avoid dragging the skin. Repeat each stroke 5-10 times.
Step 4: Gua Sha
Hold the Gua Sha tool flat against your skin, starting at the neck. Use upward and outward motions, gently scraping the tool along your jawline, cheekbones, and forehead. Repeat each stroke 5-10 times.
After each use, wipe the roller with a soft, damp cloth to remove any product residue. For a deeper clean, use a gentle, natural soap and warm water. Be sure to dry it thoroughly before your next use.
